Unlike its brothers Adriaen Brouwer Tripel and Oaked, Adriaen Brouwer Bioblond (5.2%) pairs a great taste with a lower alcohol volume. Moreover, this Adriaen Brouwer variant is 100% organic. A stand-out brew with a full mouthfeel that packs plenty of flavour, which is all the more surprising given its relatively low alcohol content. A sparkling and flavoursome attack, which seamlessly transitions into a mild and slightly bitter finish. The kind of beer that will leave you wanting more. Tasting
Aromas: A bright, clean nose, impressions of malt and yeast (fresh breadcrumbs), hints of spice (clove and pepper) and some fruit (banana and pear).
Palate: Playful in the mouth, pleasant bubbles, lovely malty attack followed by notes of spice here too, a hint of minerality, a nice dry finish with good bitterness that will leave you wanting more.
